SmashPot (Android package com.BrokenArrow.Duel3D) is a free, ad-supported game by Bad Cactus Studios ("we," "us," "our"). SmashPot is not currently available on Google Play. This policy covers copies of the game that people already have. It replaces the SmashPot policy on our previous website: the wording is clearer, and what it describes is the same.

1. What we collect

We do not run our own servers or accounts for SmashPot, and we do not collect your name, email address or other personal information ourselves. Game progress is kept on your device.

2. Third-party services

The game uses third-party services that may collect information that can identify your device, under their own privacy policies:

3. Log data

If an error happens in the game, these third-party services may collect log data from your device, such as its IP address, device name, operating system version, the game's configuration, the time and date of use, and other statistics.

4. Security

The services above transfer data over encrypted connections and protect it under their own security practices. No method of sending data over the internet or storing it is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children

SmashPot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help get it deleted.

6. Your choices

  • Advertising ID: reset it or opt out of ad personalization in your device's settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • Questions or deletion requests: email us at badcactusstudios@gmail.com.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
